5.0 Registration
5.1 Registration Individual Unit / Corporate bodies
5.1.1 The Registration of Individual Farm Unit are limited to Contiguous Unit or with in the Same Revenue Village.
5.1.2 Joint Ownership of Single Farm Unit is allowed as per legal Documents.
5.1.3 Registration of Individual leased Farms is allowed as per legal Authorization/ Documents.
5.1.4 There is no limit of area to be registered in a single Farm Unit.
5.1.5 The Registration of Corporate Farm Unit are limited to Contiguous Unit or with in the Same Revenue Village.
5.1.6 Joint Ownership of Single Farm Unit is allowed as per legal Documents.
5.1.7 Registration of Contracted Corporate Farms is allowed as per legal Authorization/ Documents.


Group

5.2 Registration of Grower Group
5.2.1 The Registration of Groups Farm Unit are limited to Contiguous Unit or with in the Same Revenue Block.
5.2.2 The Group should have legal status/ structure of Operation
5.2.3 Registration of Group Contracted by N.G.O, Private Companies and big corporate bodies are allowed as per legal Authorization/ Documents.
5.2.4 There is no limit of area to be registered in a single group.
5.2.5 Farmers with land holding of 4 ha and above can also belong to a group but the total area of such farms should be less than 50% of the total area of the group.
